Described by Campaign as an agency that places “great emphasis on the physical and mental health of its employees”, we were ranked as one of the twenty best places to work overall, with our open and honest culture, and a suite of employee benefits – including flexible working hours, shared bonus schemes and tailored training programs – cited as reasons for our inclusion.
Equal opportunity is also a key tenet of Guerillascope’s ethos: 80% of our leadership team is currently female, while our partnership with the Brixton Finishing School is helping us connect with and offer opportunities to talented graduates who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
