Universal Channel

Originally launched as The Hallmark Channel in 1999, the Universal Channel took on its new look following a rebranding in 2010. It is owned by Universal Networks international. The TV channel’s programming schedule is designed to appeal to the whole family. Its broadcasts mainly consist of imported American dramas such as Bates Motel and NCIS, though it does also air British content such as Hustle and Spooks. Universal also airs UK premieres, such as new episodes of Rookie Blue.
