United We Fall Poised For TV Advertising Push

Guerillascope is delighted to announce the launch of a new TV advertising campaign for United We Fall, a mockumentary comedy that is being released across the UK on October 17th.

The film is entirely improvised and is directed by Gary Sinyor. It was unveiled at this year’s Raindance Film Festival. To support the national release, Sinyor has teamed up with Guerillascope to plan and implement a TV advertising campaign, scheduled to air from October 13th for a week across a carefully targeted selection of commercial TV channels.

United We Fall is a satirical take on the world of professional footballers and follows five players who, poised to win a spectacular treble, instead fail spectacularly, falling to the pitfalls of match fixing, WAGS, racism and fame.

Their stories are told through the players’ own recollections, serving football fans with an insight into the mysterious world of elite level professional football, warts and all. Funny and shocking in equal measure, the film has already been celebrated in the UK press, with Empire saying "it rocks with spikey humour” whilst Four Four Two called it “hilarious”.  

“I found Guerlilascope online and I’m really pleased I did. I always had a feeling that TV advertising is more achievable than people think - especially when you can more or less make the ads yourself. They’ve made the process easy to understand and have never tired of me changing the target demographics as we developed the campaign.” said Sinyor.
